HOW TO CHOOSE THE APARTMENT:

On the web site you will find photos, descriptions and prices of the apartments, but however you will not find the availabilities. For the availability and extra information you must contact us (e-mail or the free phone number): OUR OPERATOR will guide you in choosing the most suitable apartment which will meet all you needs, and will respond to your questions.

• We would suggest choosing the right house with all the family’s members especially the ladies, to avoid any ill-feeling at the arrival.

If you expect a certain level of service, we advise you to book into a hotel or holiday village instead of a holiday apartment.  The apartments are built according to the their owners' taste, and as such, the bedrooms are different in each one, an important point for couples who are travelling together.

You have to take into account that in most of our apartment’s complex, where the apartments are similar for detail and furnishing, the photographs may not exactly match the one you have booked, but it could be another apartment in the same building. In any other cases the photos and descriptions which are included on the website, or sent to you by mail, are exactly those of the apartments;

The Stars are subjective: they are allocated according to the opinion of who did the survey.

WHEN TO BOOK

The sooner you decide to book, the more availability there will be; apartments with garden or close to the sea.  Ferry bookings begin in February; the best period in Sardinia is during June and September; obviously, the prices are lower, the beaches not too crowded and, therefore, you will be better served in whatever activity you wish to pursue.

Book only after reading carefully the conditions and descriptions of the house:  unfortunately, it is not possible to change apartments upon arrival as they all belong to different owners.  You can contact us if you wish to change dates or if there are any other problems.  However, we do this only as a courtesy, if the apartment is available for the new period and if the property's owner agrees.

TO KEEP THIS FOR JUST LEAVE

The houses are viewed and selected directly by us but however, the apartments are not perfect; many are second homes rented out to tourists and belong to different owners. They are designed and decorated according to personal taste of the owner and that is all different from each other.

The furniture and equipment of the apartment is indicated in the descriptions and if there is any doubt, you can contact us by phone or e-mail.  If something is not indicated, it may not necessarily be provided.

You can not change home after the reservation process, since they all belong to different owners. You can contact us in advance in case you need to move your date or have any other requirements. But however, we personally do it as a courtesy only if the apartment is free for the required period and the owner will agree.

Car is necessary to get about, especially to be able to reach more out of the way areas, to get to the beach, or simply to go shopping.  Rail stations are not found in every village, while the coach service is rather fragmented and slow due to the numerous villages scattered throughout the zone.  Bus services can only be found in the larger centres such as Tortolì.

If something is not specified don’t give it for granted that it could be included in the price. If something is not indicated, it may not necessarily be provided.

As in every other house during your holiday there could be a problem, the customer must notify the agency that will provide as soon as possible. They will send somebody to your home, but however, there’s still to take into account that the time required for intervention may take long time as the agency do not have specialized staff and has to call specified people.

Each accommodation proposed has been previously visited and checked with accuracy, the agency also verifies that there are not working sites nearby, but it may happen that somebody could start off working while you are on holiday. It is not possible for us to foresee all; they are all running towns, not tourist villages.

TO KNOW THAT

The Costa Orientale is a company that leases real estate properties in his own name and on behalf of the owner. It is not the owner of buildings that rent is therefore not responsible for the same, the one responsible for the condition of the house and its operation is the owner. The tenant becomes a tenant and is in charge while he is in possession of the house for any damage caused to the house due to carelessness or negligence. The agency is available to support the resolution of the same.

 Important: The contents of the website are constantly updated, such as dates, prices, photos and descriptions.  We cannot guard against the occasional error amongst all the information provided, so we reserve the right to adjust the site and general conditions in any moment deemed necessary.
