Below are some brief notes on the supply of real estate in reference to each location treated on our site, in alphabetical order.

Baunei: Attractive and fascinating town located in the mountains just 10 minutes from the sea. The property market offers mostly renovated houses in old architecture which is typical of this place or houses that need renovation. It is recommended to lovers of old towns and old houses, for mountain lovers and who want to enjoy the sea for only part of the day and does not want to spend too much. For hikers and people who love adventure, the landscape offers many activities such as climbing, mountain biking etc.

Girasole: Located between Lotzorai and Tortoli, the territory is flat and is about 1000 meters from the sea. The old part of town is limited to a few mostly renovated houses and its nice church. The locality is essentially composed of recently built homes, and is continually still growing. It offers various services including post office, pharmacy, bar, well stocked supermarket, butcher, etc.. The real estate market can offer different types of property, from the apartment  to  independent houses.

Lotzorai: Nice and pleasant town located about 900 meters from the sea, while the centre is about 1500 meters from its long and sandy beaches. The land is mostly flat and particularly suitable for those who love cycling and has all services by hand... The types of buildings are predominantly one-storey garden. The property market can offer different types of properties, from apartments to independent house or simply a building land. Suitable for those who do not want to spend too much money, without having to renounce to the nearby sea.

Santa Maria Navarrese: an administrative division of the municipality of Baunei. The lovely town is situated on the coast overlooking the wonderful bay.  It is relatively young, about 40-50 years old, consequently there are not properties to be restored or renovated but most of them are brand new or recent apartments. You cannot find an old part of the town however there is a romantic medieval church overlooking the sea surrounded by “ Gli Olivastri” (the olive groves), considered a natural monument. It lies on a hill overlooking the sea; the market mainly offers apartments with veranda, particularly suitable for tourist use, sometimes apartments on the sea or very close to it. It suitable for those who do not want to drive and who owns a boat, Santa Maria Navarrese, in fact has a beautiful marina.

Tortolì –Arbatax

Tortoli is the main town in the area. It is divided in various locations: the centre which is precisely called Tortolì is about 3 km from the sea, the area's topography is mostly flat. It has the characteristics of a small town; the real estate market offers mainly flats for sale inserted into small blocks. There is a port and an airport which are connected with mainland.

Along the coast, which is very varied and interesting, there is the village of Arbatax, Porto Frailis and San Gemiliano. We particularly suggest this area for those who love to live in peace and tranquillity, but do not want to give up the nearness to the sea and all the main services that it offers.

Arbatax rises above the sea born as a village of fishermen. A very interesting town as it is located near the marina. The residential architecture consists mainly of small buildings divided into apartments overlooking the sea: The estate market offers apartments with views sea; The morphological characteristics of the town is hilly;

Port Frailis: facing the beach, is a charming residential area that overlooks the “homonymous bay ” .  The property types is mainly characterized by villas or detached houses  particularly near the sea where the landscape is slightly hilly to become flat as you move away where it is not uncommon to find small buildings consisting of few apartments.

San Gemiliano:  Another nice and residential area overlooking the sea. Its territory looks mostly flat. The nearest beach is the one that has taken its with long and sandy beaches. You can easily buy apartments with garden.
