Baunei: Attractive and fascinating town located in the mountains just 10 minutes from the sea. Santa Maria Navarrese: an administrative division of the municipality of Baunei. The lovely town is situated on the coast overlooking the wonderful bay. It is relatively young, about 40-50 years old, consequently there are not properties to be restored or renovated but most of them are brand new or recent apartments. You cannot find an old part of the town however there is a romantic medieval church overlooking the sea surrounded by “ Gli Olivastri” (the olive groves), considered a natural monument. It lies on a hill overlooking the sea; the market mainly offers apartments with veranda, particularly suitable for tourist use, sometimes apartments on the sea or very close to it. It suitable for those who do not want to drive and who owns a boat, Santa Maria Navarrese, in fact has a beautiful marina.
Tortolì –Arbatax
Tortoli is the main town in the area. It is divided in various locations: the centre which is precisely called Tortolì is about 3 km from the sea, the area's topography is mostly flat. It has the characteristics of a small town; the real estate market offers mainly flats for sale inserted into small blocks. There is a port and an airport which are connected with mainland.
Along the coast, which is very varied and interesting, there is the village of Arbatax, Porto Frailis and San Gemiliano. We particularly suggest this area for those who love to live in peace and tranquillity, but do not want to give up the nearness to the sea and all the main services that it offers.
Arbatax rises above the sea born as a village of fishermen. A very interesting town as it is located near the marina. Port Frailis: facing the beach, is a charming residential area that overlooks the “homonymous bay ” . San Gemiliano: Another nice and residential area overlooking the sea. Its territory looks mostly flat. The nearest beach is the one that has taken its with long and sandy beaches. You can easily buy apartments with garden.
