1. Booking is confirmed upon the reception of your first payment equal to a 30% deposit of the whole lease price of the holiday booking via bank transfer. The coordinates are to be found in the personalized booking form sent to the client once an option is put on the holiday apartment. The remaining total sum is required upon arrival (cash), to be paid at our office at 16 via Lungomare Santa Maria Navarrese (OG). For your convenience, the payment can be made by Bank Transfer 14 days before arrival.
2. Within 2 working days of receiving your booking form, we require that you return the form completed and signed together with a copy of paying-in receipt of the 30% deposit. This will be considered as a confirmation.
3. Due to any change or cancellation of holiday, the client will forfeit his or her advance deposit.
4. Your stay will begin at 17.00 on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 on the day of departure. The client must free the apartment within this time to allow cleaning in anticipation of the next client.
5. Your welcome is arranged in the following hours: arrival between 17.00 and 20.00, departure between 8.00 and 10.00. The agency is obliged to receive clients only and exclusively during these hours, unless prior arrangement by client is made. For the arrivals between the 22.00 and 24.00 there will be a supplement of € 20.00 and for the arrivals beyond midnight there will be a supplement of € 40.00.
Upon receipt of the apartment keys, the client is required to pay the remaining total sum and leave a damages deposit € 200.00 (cash), as indicated in the booking form. This very same safety deposit will be refunded at the end of his/her stay – after the inventory check has been carried out contextually to the redelivery of the lodging to the key-holder – and upon deduction of any possible damage caused to the lodging itself. For the departures before 8:00 am, there will be the deposit’s refund by mail, bank or postage, deducting eventual damages or charges.
- The apartment’s delivery time is agreed in the days prior the arrival. The customer receives an appointment that you please have to respect to avoid any delays and errors.
6. The number of guests (adults + children) cannot be bigger than the number you stated at the moment of your reservation, otherwise booking will be cancelled and deposit lost.
It is also unauthorized, save prior agreement;
- any rate which cannot outnumber the sleeping capacity indicated in the description of the accommodation
- give the booking to other persons for stated holiday period.
7. Domestic animals are usually not allowed into the accommodations except for some properties: in these particular cases their presence will be permitted only upon your previous specific demand, otherwise booking will be cancelled and deposit lost. The Agency reserves the right to deny access to the client that will bring an animal when not reported. The animal is permitted exclusively as a courtesy, as the apartment may not be equipped adequately. Not every apartment allows the holiday to pets. The pet’s owner will be responsible for any damages incurred by the pet itself.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity. Air conditioning, if present, has an additional charge.
- Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen is not included in the fee;
- Linen rental price: single bed linen € 8.00 for week; double bed linen € 14.00 for week, bath linen € 8.00 for week. The change is weekly. The linen rental is required by the reservation; kitchen towels are not available. - The final cleaning is compulsory and not included in the fee;
- The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is a guest’s responsibility on departure (Dishes, waste, etc). In case of cleanliness (dishes, pots and pans, garbage removal, stove, fridge, etc) € 40.00 will be deducted from the amount from the deposit.
- Pets cleanings €20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning.
- Remember that the homes are not internationally recognized as tourist facilities. Please, notice that the accommodations mostly belong to different private owners and therefore have their own different features
The tenancy rates are meant to be per accommodation unit and per week and inclusive of: water, electricity, gas consumptions unless stated in the details of the apartment.
Not inclusive in the tenancy rates (except for different indications reported in the price-list):
Final cleaning, bed, bathroom and kitchen’s linen; supplement for animal presence, supplement in the case of extra bed, possible expenses for air-conditioning (if available);, etc…
The customer will find instructions and booking conditions, in the schedule which will be receiving after the booking’s confirmation. The customer can not complain about defects due to a non-careful reading of the General Conditions.
The lease is carried out in favor of the property’s owner. The agency is not responsible for any apartment or structure’s malfunction; The agency is also not liable for interruptions or malfunction of services provided by other entities (electricity, gas, water, sewer service, road maintenance, refuse collection, construction sites). It inot possible to foresee any inconvenience in towns. We are present in the area and we would try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
For Residence reservation, the general condition and payment instruction are different for each facility. A 30% deposit must be paid on booking, The balance must be down paid at least 30 days earlier than the beginning date of your stay. On arrival, a deposit must be paid , this will be refunded on departure., consumption, final cleaning and all the extras required by the customer. The general condition of tenancy for the residence will always be attached to the reservation.
With the signing of the General Conditions and the booking form you authorize the processing of personal data in accordance with privacy laws.
