Two or three-roomed apartments located in a beautiful complex in Montepedrosu, a small town between San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo. There are some available apartments which could be a nice idea for a holiday in Sardinia; Here are the descriptions:
No. 1: 3-roomed on 2 levels, consisting of a kitchen - living room and veranda overlooking Porto Taverna, one bedroom and bathroom; on the lower level there is a bedroom (with window wells), and a second bathroom. It has a private parking space, washing machine, TV and a small and nice garden at the entrance.
N ° 3: 2-roomed on the first floor consisting of a small garden entrance, living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. It has a veranda with a attractive view over the bay of Porto Taverna. The apartment has a washing machine, TV and a private parking space.

Montepetrosu is a small town that lies along the main road between Olbia and the 125 road, before the town of San Teodoro. From Montepetrosu you can easily reach all the most important seaside resorts of the area as Costa Dorada, Cala Girgolu, Cala Ginepro, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi, Puntaldia and Porto Taverna. is close to Porto San Paolo where you can catch a ferry to get to the islands of Tavolara and Molara. In Montepetrosu there are all the main facilities, there is a small market, the tobacco shop, restaurants, pizzerias and various churches. The main beach is the one of Porto Taverna.

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 70.00 3-roomed, € 50.00 2-roomed obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 250 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking).  Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.

Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, oven, barbecue, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning –  Air condition, on demand, extra charge
