One-room flat with a nice sea view, located in a small complex in Santa Maria Navarrese, 1500 m from the beach. It includes a kitchenette, dining area, a bathroom and a double bedroom located in the loft. On the outside there is a shared garden, barbecue and an outside shower. It has got a washing machine and parking space. As the house is located slightly far from the centre, it would be useful to have a car to go to the beach, and all the useful services in town.

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 45.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning –
