The apartment is located at about 50m from the sea, it is located on the underneath floor (however in any case it can be considered as a basement location) and consists of: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchenette, parking space and of course a nice and spacious veranda . The villa has been recently built inside a large private property with restricted access from highway 125 (the one that comes from the port and airport) in a very beautiful place, between Porto Istana and Costa Corallina. The apartment’s furnishing is simple. Inside the property there are several private beaches, accessible only by the house’s guests as you cannot enter without permission except by sea. Services as market restaurants bars etc can be reached by car.

– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
