Nice and well-furnished apartments on 2 levels, located in a new complex in Santa Maria Navarrese, just 200m from the sea. The first floor is composed of: 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom (bunk bed + single bed), bathroom and second toilet, while on the first floor there is kitchen corner - dining area and a beautiful equipped veranda with sea sight. TV, washing machine, microwave oven, air conditioned shared barbecue and parking space. Good and central position. Close to the house several services: market, chemist, restaurants, marina,etc.

- Agency fees € 50.00 (not included)
- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 55.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are notavailable.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning – Air condition, on demand, extra charge: € 50.00 weekly.
