It is composed of: kitchen corner - dining area, furnished veranda, bathroom, double bedroom with twin beds and another double bedroom with bunk beds. On the second level: double bedroom, bathroom and big veranda with sea view. TV, washing machine, microwave and air condition. Very well furnished and in the centre, close to all principal services as information point, market, chemists, etc.

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 65.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning –
