Cute and lovely cottage in the countryside of Santa Maria Navarrese, it is composed of 2 bedroom apartments with separate entrances, about 200 meters from the beach. Each apartment has a master bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen - dining area with possible extra bed, porch or outdoor area to eat outside. Each apartment has a parking space, TV, washing machine, grill, outdoor shower in the garden. For those who want to enjoy the tranquillity of a vacation near the beach and the nature. Key services such as supermarket, newsagent, restaurants, etc. are just a few hundred meters from the house.

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.

– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form.
- Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, oven, barbecue, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00
– Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning
