Nice and comfortable 3-rooms apartment on the first floor in the centre of Santa Maria Navarrese, just 20 meters from the sea. The apartment is near the well-known square of Principessa di Navarra, just in front of the beach. It is composed of: 2 double bedrooms, kitchen - dining area, bathroom and balcony. Facilities: TV, air conditioning (price at consume) and washing machine. Nearby the house there are all the main services such as cash machine, market, chemist's, tourist port for excursions, restaurants, pizzeria, etc. It is located in an excellent and comfortable position.
Notes
- Agency fees € 50.00 not included. - August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 55.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.

- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning –
