Two nice and renovated 2-roomed flats located on 2 levels near the beach of Santa Maria Navarrese. On the ground floor there is a dining area with kitchen corner, a sofa bed and a nice open yard in front of the apartment. By a spiral staircase you arrive on the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. Another external stair joins the two levels. It is an ancient house of the beginning of 1900, renovated inside. TV, washing machine and air conditioning just inside the bedroom. A very comfortable solution in the town's centre, near the beach, services, excursions' points, restaurants, etc...

- Agency fees € 50.00 (not included)
- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 45.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning –
Air condition, on demand, extra: € 30.00 weekly.
