Nice and comfortable apartments on the ground or first floor in the high side of Santa Maria Navarrese, 2500 mt ca from the sea, in a quite area with panoramic sea view over the beautiful coast.. There are 4 three-roomed apartments, 1 four-roomed apartment and 1 two-roomed apartmen. 3-Roomed apartments are composed of: double bedroom, twin bedroom (or bunk beds), kitchen corner - dining room, bathroom, and veranda with sea view or balcony. TV, parking space, common use's washing machine, barbecue and an outside shower for after the beach. In the same building there is a 2-roomed apartment (3 bedplaces) and a 4-roomed apartment which are very similar. They are located in a quite area with a good panorama. In Santa Maria Navarrese there are all the main services: markets, chemist, restaurants, tourist port, info point, etc. It is necessary to have the car to reach the beach and shops in S. Maria Navarrese.

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 50.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning –
