Three roomed apartment in a residential complex in Tortoli - Arbatax, at about 700 metres from the beautiful Bay of Porto Frailis. It composed of 2 double bedrooms, kitchen - living room, bathroom and an equipped external space. Facilities: satellite TV, washing machine, parking, barbecue, air conditioning and dishwasher. It is located in a quiet area with all the essential services around like: market, marina, pharmacy, bank, etc... A well-equipped apartment in an interesting and unforgettable tourist location.

- Agency fee € 50,00 (non included)
- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 55.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.
Accessories
- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 14.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form. - Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, oven, barbecue, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00 – Pets cleanings € 20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning – Air condition, on demand, extra charge: € 30.00 weekly.
