3-roomed apartment on the first floor of a newly built development in Lotzorai. It is composed of: living room - kitchenette, bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a triple bedroom with single bed and bunk beds, garden and a nice large veranda where you could eat out. It is integrated in a newly built residential area at about 1500 meters from the sea. Tv, parking, washing machine, barbecue. The structure is located in the town centre of a lovely small-town. It is in a convenient location that provides privacy and comfort yet within easy reach of beautiful beaches and all facilities. Near facilities: market, bank, pharmacy, newsagent and tourism facilities such as campgrounds along the sandy shoreline of Lido delle Rose.

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 50.00 obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 200 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking). Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.

– Pets cleanings €20.00 will be added to the cost of final cleaning
– Hire of linen sheets+towels: € 15.00 weekly per set per person. Only sheets or towels € 10.00 weekly/person.
