Nice and new 2-room apartments with 3 /4 bed places and 3-room apartments with 5 bed places, located in 2 new residential complexes just a few hundred meters from the beautiful sea in Bari Sardo known as La Torre.  Lovely and modern apartments all designed with respect to the traditional Sardinian architectural style, each apartment has got private veranda or terrace for eating out and a large well kept garden all around the complex. 3-room apartments consisting of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, eat-in kitchen and veranda.  2-room apartments consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and an eat-in kitchen.  Possible additional bed. They have all got a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, parking space and a large common garden with barbecue. It is suggested to whom wants a holiday immersed in the greenery and tranquillity. Services such as supermarket, pharmacy, etc. are in the centre of Bari Sardo. Near home bars, restaurants and news agent.-

- August bookings of 2 weeks in middle period.
- Final cleaning € 40.00 2roomed, € 55.00 3-roomed obligatory, not included.
- Included in the price: water, gas and electricity
– The cleaning of the kitchen and dining area is the responsibility of the guest ( dishes, waste, etc).
- Damages deposit € 150 (cash) to pay at the arrival. Returnable at the end of the stay .
- Not included in the price: bed linen and towels (available on request at the booking).  Kitchen towels are not available.
- Air conditioned, if present, has an additional charge.
- Arrivals: from 17.00 - Departures by 10.00 am.

Accessories

- Hire of linen : single bed sheet € 5.00 weekly, double bed sheet € 8.00 weekly, towels € 8.00 weekly/person. The change is weekly and linen must be booked in the form.
-  Cleaning of the kitchen and dining area when not carried out by the guest on departure (fridge, dishes, waste,etc) extra charge € 40.00
– Pets cleanings € 20.00 3-roomed / € 30.00 3-roomed will be added to the cost of final cleaning
– Air condition extra charge on consumption. -  Rental baby bed: € 10.00/weekly. - Rental baby seat € 10.00 weekly.
