The house needs to be fully restored; the roof has got some weaknesses whereas the walls have not got any problems. As often happens in old towns, the house is stuck between two properties. The walls of the internal part of the house are made with white limestone, which perhaps could be left in view. The entrance is on the first floor where there is a room with an old fireplace and a good cellar which is particularly fresh and close to the ground. At the centre there is a staircase leading to the first floor, where we find two rooms, one facing south and the other facing to the north on a small courtyard. On the second floor there is a small terrace overlooking the flat, an independent room and upstairs another terrace with views.
It is located on a closed alley in an historical area of the town, very quiet and tranquil place...
